Buying a stake in Carlisle United - Join or Donate

Thank you for taking the time to read about our share fund. The United Trust is raising funds to pay for just over a quarter stake in our football club, Carlisle United. This stake does not belong to any one individual but to 'the fans' and will give local people a real say in current & future affairs at our football club.

We have already paid a sum of £800,000 to buy a 25.4% stake. Currently we are repaying a loan to cover a small chunk of that total stake. It is anticipated we will pay it off in the next five years, but we do need YOUR help to meet the repayments. You can donate either with a one off sum or over a period of time by monthly standing order.

We do however recognise that this may be beyond some people's means - by joining the Trust and paying the £5 annual membership fee, you are helping to meet the ongoing costs of running the organisation.

Please help us - we have one opportunity to do this and secure a stake in the future of our club.

How To Donate

We can accept donations in two forms. Firstly by downloading and completing our membership form which allows you to join the Trust and make a donation at the same time. Make sure you print it out in full and please do not attempt to alter it in any way! Complete it in pen and return it to the address shown. If you are already a member you can use this form to make a donation.

You can also donate using PayPal which allows you to transfer funds from your PayPal account into ours. You will receive a confirmatory email when the funds have been transferred.
