The results of the Sixth AGM of the Trust, held on Sunday July 29, at the Lakes Court Hotel, were as follows:


Resolution

1. To receive the reports of the Society's board and the audited financial statements for the period ended 31 January 2007

For: 96 Against: 3 Abstained: 3

2. To elect to the Board of the Society

Norman Steel
For: 95 Against: 4 Abstained: 3
Kate Rowley
For: 72 Against: 27 Abstained: 3
William Atkinson
For: 99 Against: 2 Abstained: 1
Alan Steel
For: 74 Against: 25 Abstained: 3

Norman Steel, Kate Rowley, William Atkinson and Alan Steel are all elected to the Board.

3. To re-appoint Saint & Co as auditors

For: 98 Against: 1 Abstained: 3

4. To authorise the Society Board to fix the remuneration of the auditors

For: 99 Against: 1 Abstained: 2

102 valid ballot papers received. 4 spoilt papers.
