Monday 28th July 2008: 2008 AGM Results

The results of the resolutions of the Seventh Annual General Meeting of the United Trust, held at Foxys Restaurant on July 27, 2008 are as follows:

1. To receive the reports of the Society's board and the audited financial statements for the period ended 31 January 2008:

3. To authorise the Board of the Society to adopt an independent examination in place of a full audit of the financial statements for 2008-09 and appoint suitably qualified personnel in accordance with Supporters Direct recommendations for Trusts having annual turnovers below £25,000

4. To authorise the Society Board to fix the remuneration of the auditors
